Casa italia is a family owned estaurant located at 2149 Bushkill Park Drive in Forks Township across from the old Bushkill Park.
Owners Luis and Christa Bermudez worked in the restaurant business for a total of 29 years. Christa started working in a deli for 6 years and then moved onto work at Fratello's, an italian restaurant for 5 1/2 years and then LaBella Via.
Luis, owner as well as the chef has18 years experience cooking Italian, American, German, French and Spanish foods. He has worked as head chef in many restaurants; Coach -n- Paddock, Mountainview Chalet, Ernie and Dom's and LaBella Via.
After many years being in the restaurant business we decided it was time to open our own restaurant. We have a fullI talian menu, hot and cold subs & pizza. Catering is also available.
Stop by and enjoy casual fine dining in a friendly atmosphere that will feel like home.
